📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all engineering operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facility systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption and waste management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management.
• Professional engineering license (e.g., PE, P.Eng, or equivalent).
• Experience with facility management software, such as FM:pro or Archibus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Bali.
