In this role, you will greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and provide a warm and friendly welcome. You will also be responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating room services, and ensuring that all guest requests are promptly addressed. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with event planning, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, using our property management system (PMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for guest arrival.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up event spaces and managing guest expectations.
• Promote our property's amenities and services, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.
• Contribute to the team's efforts in maintaining and improving guest satisfaction scores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and room service procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences and a passion for the hospitality industry.
