As an Industrial Engineering Specialist at Chery in Bali, you will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve overall performance. • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of manufacturing processes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on process improvements and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Plant Simulation.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in implementing process improvements in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
