📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
Manage and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
Utilize housekeeping software to track and report on daily tasks and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless integration of housekeeping services with other hotel departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping leadership roles in the hospitality industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in housekeeping.
Proficiency in using housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar.
Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
