📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including cultural festivals, networking gatherings, and community workshops.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage the community.
• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Leverage social media platforms to build and engage the community.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and community management.
• Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for community building.
