📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for private label merchandise, including product planning, sourcing, and merchandising.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of private label products, from concept to shelf.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product development.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Evaluate and optimize merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on merchandise performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandise management, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandise strategies.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
