📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and monitor stroke patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with medical professionals.
• Provide daily care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on stroke recovery, rehabilitation, and self-care techniques.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients to recover.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous learning to stay updated on best practices in stroke care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home healthcare or related field.
• Certified as a Stroke Patient Caregiver or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of stroke recovery and rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and compassion for stroke survivors and their families.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
