As a Client Relations Trainee, you will be at the heart of our operations, assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support the Client Relations team in developing and implementing client engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in preparing and presenting client reports and presentations.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.
• Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and events.
• Support the team in maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role or internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
• Passionate about marketing and client relations.
