📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth logistics processes
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
