📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring they meet high standards before and after guest occupancy.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the seamless operation of hospitality services, including front desk support and guest assistance.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of guest room amenities to ensure a well-stocked and organized environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in hospitality.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality-related role, such as housekeeping, front desk, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Familiarity with basic hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and initiative-taking attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with guests from around the world.
