📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Work with designers and developers to ensure that technical documentation is user-friendly and meets usability standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical questions and resolving documentation issues.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the product development lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with API documentation and software development processes.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
