📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the students.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
