📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Manage the store's budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
