📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.,Ensure the smooth operation of the production line by monitoring and troubleshooting any issues.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery to ensure food safety.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance.,Monitor production output and quality to meet daily targets.,Participate in inventory management and ensure raw materials are available for production.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a bakery or similar food production environment.,Knowledge of bakery equipment and production processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
