📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Monitor client service metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and events as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other client service tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and travel to various locations in Bali.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
