📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions and specifications.
  • Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
  • Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborating with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining a positive and professional image of the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
