📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Operate reception equipment such as phones, computers, and other office technology.,Assist with the organization and distribution of office materials and supplies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office technology and software.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
