Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage production operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of production tasks.Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are produced to the highest standards of quality.Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed.Identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve productivity.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the production area.Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and downtime.Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and purchasing, to ensure smooth production operations.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of production workers.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues.Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control processes.Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management, such as ERP systems or production planning software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
