MOMENTUM Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team to achieve company goals. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor and maintain office equipment and facilities.,Assist in organizing and planning events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the team as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
