📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging live classes on SCM topics such as procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Create and update course materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions to provide personalized guidance and support to students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SCM to ensure the relevance and quality of the curriculum.
• Assess and provide feedback on student assignments and projects to help them improve their skills.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to design and implement new courses and learning programs.
• Participate in industry events and workshops to network with professionals and stay connected to the latest developments in SCM.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SCM, with a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Certification in SCM, such as APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), is a plus.
• Proven experience in teaching or mentoring, with a passion for inspiring and educating the next generation of professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in using SCM software such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA, and data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
