As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR department.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
