📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems using ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular physical and system-based inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all assets, including their location, condition, and maintenance history.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or asset management.
• Proven experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
