Resto Sari Tea is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our coffee machines to ensure the highest quality of coffee. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in our office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate and maintain coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and grind coffee beans to meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings for consistency in coffee quality.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Assist in inventory management of coffee beans and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service during coffee preparation.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with coffee machines and brewing methods.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans and their characteristics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 20 kg.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
