📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Assess employee training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems (LMS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
