📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training activities.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure training goals are met.,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's training strategy.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
