📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist in the management of cash flow forecasting, including the preparation of cash flow statements and projections.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash balances to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial accounting and cash management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting and cash management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using Oracle and SAP financial systems.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
