📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing key client relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.,Support the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing client strategies.,Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on project progress.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and management.,Monitor client feedback and address any concerns promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.,Assist in the development of new business opportunities and client proposals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in the logistics or related industry.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
