Local Fresh Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and wants to make a difference in the fresh food delivery industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fresh food products.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to minimize costs and maximize vehicle lifespan.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and address any issues promptly to prevent breakdowns and delays.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle routes to optimize delivery efficiency.,Collaborate with the fleet manager to implement and monitor fleet performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
