📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and check-in/check-out times.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.,Monitor the reception area for security and safety purposes.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Good physical appearance and professional attire.
