📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and hiring decisions.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
