📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and report generation.
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to support continuous improvement.
• Participate in HR team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
