The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent organizational skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Oversee fuel management and track fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
