📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the F&B service, including ordering, inventory management, and quality control.,Train and supervise F&B service staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality.,Maintain accurate records of F&B service transactions and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to F&B services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of F&B services with overall business operations.,Monitor and report on F&B service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of F&B service strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of F&B service operations, including ordering, inventory management, and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using office software and F&B service management tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
