📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Process customer orders, transactions, and payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide product information and answer customer inquiries to the best of your ability.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure products are available for customers.,Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
